Mark Nylen, Hepar BioScience LLC’s founder and sole shareholder has accumulated over 45 years in the companion-animal, human bio-pharmaceutical and animal feed ingredients industries.  Mark has been the Manager of Hepar since its founding in 2007 and has marshaled the company into the specialty functional protein and lipid production business.  Mark oversaw the design and construction of Hepar’s state-of-the-art green-field manufacturing plant in North Sioux City, SD in 2015 that operates today.
